Crikey!!!
I will be taking a night off to mourn the loss of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter. (Really I am working on some homework.) But it was a tragic death. I can't imagine being stabbed in the heart by a Stingray barb. I guess he died doing what he loved. It is just so sad.

It is sad, isn't it? I think you are right though in saying he died doing something he loved to do.
Glad you made it home. Bet your weekend was wonderful!
When I saw that on web news late last night I felt like I had lost a friend. In spite of everyone making fun of him, I loved his show.
And such a bizarre death! Who would have ever imagined.
I commented this one someone else's blog (can't remember)...
I find it weird(?) that Steve Irwin risked his life almost every day dealing with poisonous snakes, crocodiles, etc....and then in a twist of bizarre fate is killed by such a docile creature. So sad - he will be missed.
How was your trip, by the way? Did you have a good time? did you go on a trip? I'm thinking you went somewhere? Am I wrong?
I too posted about Steve. I feel almost as bad about this as I did about Diana.
Such a shame. And so very bizarre. I feel so bad for his family.

I can't believe how well known he is.
I posted about him too.....What a special guy - we are all the better for him being alive.
yes it was and I'm still in mourning
It is so sad and shocked! :(
I am so so sad for his wife and kids. Despite the whole "baby dangling in front of the alligator" thing I know that he must have been one of those really great father's.
He will definitely be missed.
