My Second MeMe
Robin tagged me. Well, tagged me then un-tagged me, and then re-tagged me. So here goes!
Four jobs I have had in my life:
1. Fritter girl at Catfish Round-up
2. Waitress at Catfish Round-up
3. Buyer's assistant for a Farm/Ranch Chain
4. Admin. Assistant @ Doctor's office
Four movies I could watch over and over:
1. Pretty Woman
2. The Santa Clause
3. Monte Walsh
4. Lonesome Dove
(I have many more I could list though.)
Four Places I have lived:
1. Shawnee, OK.
2. Seminole, OK.
3. Summers, AR.
4. Enid, OK
Four things I like to do:
1. Cook - sometimes I like to eat what I cook
2. Spend time with McD
3. Spend time with Poohs & Punky
4. Do you really wanna know #4? Nothin' says "lovin'" like lovin'...... ;)(Ditto)
(notice I didn't say blogging; since it's obvious I do that and rather often, why state the obvious?)(Ditto to Robin again!)
Four of my favorite foods:
1. Steak
2. Southern prepared veggies (fresh corn, fried okra, sauteed squash in a pound of butter)YUMMM!
3. Fruit
4. Sock-it-to-me cake or popcorn balls (both made by mom)
Four places I would like to be right now:
1. Home (I am in the library on campus)
2. The beach
3. The lake
4. In the Mountains
Four websites I visit daily:
1. Weather sites (especially during the school year)
2. okstate.edu (for classes)
3. iTunes...I get free music for being a college student (ipod is getting full)
4. B L O G M A T E S, but actually, it changes day to day...too many good ones to read 'em all in a day, so it's a weekly kind of thing (Leaving this here but don't have time to put links to each blog right now.) Great idea by the way Robin.

2. Bahamas
3. Tennessee - Graceland twice. Opryland, etc.
4. Atlanta, GA - 2000 All-Star Game activities
Four friends I think might respond—-hmmm

3. Pamela because she seems like the adventurous type. I want to hear where she has been & what her fave movies are.

I love the Santa Clause too, and my husband makes fun of me for it. I'm actually a sucker for all Christmas movies. Have you seen the second one? I haven't and I really need to.

AH! Julie, you've been to Memphis TWICE!? Dude, call a sister next time. (I know, it was probably before the last, what, month or so that we've been reading each other's blog.)
Would you know I've lived here all my life and have never been to Graceland? I know, sad. And Opryland, it's gone. Shut down. I know, sad again. If I want anything close to a good roller coaster I have to go to St. Louis for Six Flags. I think I've actually done this one before, although I don't remember having any good answers. Let me go find it.
Oh, last thing, what's a "fritter girl" and what are those sock-it-to-me cakes?

Ya horn swogglin' landlubber! Steak and fried veges? There be nothing on here about seasalt or eatin' a fresh caught squid. Ya scurvy cur whut deserves the black spot! But, I'll forgive ye this time, after all, Bahamas was my main port o' call.
I'll answer your question here about "What was he doing with the wine and vacumn cleaner" because I find myself asking quesions and then can remember where I posted the question.
He was sucking up all the fruit flies that were circlin' his wine glass. Funny thing is...it worked.
And I plan to e-mail you about Flickr. So far, I've downloaded Firefox, Flickr, Picasa, and now have been told PhotoBucket is the best. My head is spinning but I hangin' on for dear life with this globbin' life.
Jessie - I know it is September but get your hiney out there and rent the second one. The third one is coming out this holiday season. I can't wait!

SillyHil - I am looking you up next time! I don't know that I will go back to Graceland again. The first time I went was amazing. I was just a kid. But there weren't any of the ropes in there telling you not to go in the room. I sat on couches I wasn't supposed to. Touched glasses, plates, silverware, rugs, you name it, everything they said not to touch I was on it. If Elvis touched it I wanted to as well. I sat in all of his cars, they allowed it then, motorcycles, etc. I have photos somewhere. You know, the really good quality photos of the early 80s. HA! The last time we went I took McD for his first time. We stayed at the Heartbreak Hotel in the King's suite. Yes, it was at the end of lonely street! And I watched Elvis movies until McD made me turn them off. He isn't near the Elvis fan I am! :)
Oh yea, fritter girl - well I was 15 and I went around giving apple fritters to people that were waiting on their orders. It is a catfish restaurant. Oh Sock-it-to-me Cake. I will post the recipe! (I am going to copy off of Swampwitch!)
Silly - I will go and look at your meme, sorry - didn't know you had already done it. :( And don't worry about the number of comments. I don't get too many so I like the big numbers.

Well, darn my time is up. I have to go to my last class of the day. This little man, literally, he is a small guy - not a midget or anything. Not that there is anything wrong with midgets. But he is just little and cute and funny. Maybe one day I will put a photo on here of him.
